Instructions for use:: Carefully spray the inside of the shoes once a week (6 to 8 times in each shoe). Allow the shoes to dry well. During the Athlete Foot & Nail Fungus treatment, in addition to the shoes, spray the socks well (clean after washing socks) and then wear them after they have dried well.
