POLICY ON ADVANCES
To reserve a place in a seminar held in Athens or Thessaloniki, a deposit of 30% of the seminar cost is required.
The balance is paid on the first day of the training and before the start of the training.
If, for any reason, you do not attend the training, the deposit will be held in reserve for another date for the same training subject, within the next four months.
To book a place in a seminar held in any other city or for seminars by trainers from abroad, a deposit of 50% of the seminar cost is required.
Payment is due two weeks before the event.
If, for any reason, you do not attend the training, your payment will be lost.
The deposit must be paid within three to five days (if there is a weekend) from the day of confirmation of interest.
In case a seminar is cancelled through our fault, the deposit is refunded.
In case a seminar is postponed for reasons of force majeure, such as natural disaster, elections, pandemic, etc., payments are put on hold until a new date is set.
NON-USE POLICY
UNIQUE NAILS® reserves the right to request an affidavit of non-use of training data to safeguard its intellectual property rights and interests or on behalf of a third party. The information is always provided in good time and before the position is reserved for training.
It concerns, mainly, seminars by foreign trainers who operate in this way, trying to preserve the integrity and authenticity of their trainings.
